A Quick-fix to Weight-loss is not the Answer!

 
 
The Weight-loss Industry is big business. There are literally thousands of  health books, videos, diet and exercise plans for weight loss that claim their plans are so easy to follow that results can be guaranteed in as little as 5 days to 4weeks. 
 
Consumer are desperately looking for a quick-fix or fast and easy way to shed those excess pounds from products that rarely do what their claims state.  Americans think they could be cured easily and get that "perfect" body size by popping a pill or going under the knife (surgery) not knowing that speedy weight loss, often jeopardize their health.
 
Many researchers have voiced strong opposition to extreme weight-loss practices for rapid weight-loss. The human body is a complex organism. Obesity is a complex disorder.
 
How does the human body repairs itself when the body is wounded? Does it quickly heal itself?  No, A wound heals in 4 phases or stages.  The body heals itself gradually, in phases, and overtime. This is how the human body naturally functions.
 
For example, In Nutrition Starvation,the body needs to gradually increase intake and calories for weight-gain. The body needs to gradually heal itself to a suitable, acceptable, or normal body weight.  So, it's reasonable to assume that the a morbidly obese  person should  gradually decrease food intake and calories for weight-loss to reach an acceptable or normal body weight. 
 
 
 
You can't force the body to do something that's not in its nature to do. The human body wasn't created to work that way. The human body functions in a natural and gradual way. If you alter or interfere with the body's natural process, the body will fight back.  This is why so many dieters fail. You can't trick the body into eating smaller portions or meals at the beginning of any weight- loss  or diet program. It just won't work. You are fighting against how your body naturally function.
 
 
So, here's the truth! A quick-fix to weight-loss is not the answer. It's Baloney! What's the answer?  Losing weight, gradually, in stages, and overtime is an appropriate and sensible method of weight-loss. Don't be fooled into believing that a fast or quick-fix to weight-loss is the answer to your weight problems. It's simple not true!  Weight-loss companies will say and do anything to get your money.
